Men's OnlyBoot Camps
Naples Fitness Boot Camp For MEN!
After many
requests, we have decided to offer men's fitness boot camps to get the
men of Naples in the best shape possible! The camp format will
be similar to the women's program, with the following exceptions:
- More strength exercises
- More sports-oriented conditioning
- Exercises to help improve golf, mt.
biking, basketball, tennis
and various outdoor sports
There will be variety each and everyday in
mode and intensity. You should expect dumbbell exercises, agility
training, sports drills, flexibility training, and fun exercises that
will make the time fly and take your fitness to a new level.
You will need to bring 10 pound dumbbells
(we know you are really strong but for the type of movements we are
doing, 10 pounds will make your muscles scream!) and 20 pound dumbbells
on Thursdays, an exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, and a sense
of adventure. You can purchase your equipment at any Target, Gym Source
(tell Michael we sent you and get a discount) or sporting goods store.
After serving one
tour of duty in Iraq, Sarge, completed a 21 year career in the
US Army brings a down and dirty approach to getting fit the Military
Way. He also teaches the 6:30 p.m. Women Only Boot Camp and now
looking forward to increasing the intesity to bring to Naples the Men's
Only Boot Camp. Sarge is passionate about helping all individuals reach
their fitness goals.
