What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more
confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being.
The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and
thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By
losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength
while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who
share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a
healthier mind and body.
Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental
well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same
passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be
finished with your training before the rest of the world has even
gotten started!
What is the cost (investment in myself)?
The registration fee is $325 for 20 hours of instruction! That's just
$16.25 per hour. Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge
fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can
typically charge $40 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a
great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a

What is the Pre-camp evaluation? Also, what
happens?
The Pre-camp evaluations are held the week prior
to camp start date and the Saturday before camp starts is the last
make-up day for evaluations. We will chart your starting stats
before boot camp. The following are a few things we cover
(note: this is not all inclusive):
- We will give an overview of Naples
Fitness Adventure Bootcamp policies and procedures.
- We will take your body measurements and test
your body fat percentage to include your weight.
- We will go over the importance of eating, diet
and journaling. Introduce you to our New Fitness Diet (R3 Diet)
Book is forthcoming.
- We will find out your goals, experiences and
make recommendations.
- We will give you an opportunity to ask any
additional questions.
The Pre-camp evaluation is vitally important as it gives us a benchmark
by which we can compare your results at your post-camp
evaluation. Be prepared to stay for approximately 30 minutes and
dressed to workout.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If for any reason you have to cancel prior to the first day
of camp you will receive a full refund. Note: The Pre-Camp
Evaluation constitutes the "first day of camp". Should you have
to cancel after the pre-camp evaluation but before the boot camp start
day, your refund will be deducted $100
cancellation
fee. Processing
time for refunds may take up to 10 days. Important:
After boot camp starts there are absolutely no refunds for any reason,
regardless of how many days you participated. This is
non-negotiable.
What if I miss a day of Boot camp? Can I
make it up or get a discount if I can't come on one of the days?
No. Just like college, if you missed or got
sick, the school did not discount or refund your tuition.
"Make-up days" are done during the current camp only at any of our
classes. Why? Because we believe that in order to be
successful you have to commit and the first commitment is to make all
boot camp days. We do not offer discounts or refunds for missed days or
quitting the program, no matter how many days you have participated.
What if it rains?
Living in Southwest Florida we are fortunate to
have great weather throughout most of the year, however this is boot
camp and we will be out there. We will be under cover but still
out doors. Being originally from St. Louis, MO fitness boot camps
were still conducted in below zero temperatures. Usually we will
hold camp in the rain unless there is treat of a hurricane or extreme
flooding. The Army says, "If it ain't raining, we ain't training".
