What you can expect from Naples Fitness Boot Camp:
  • One hour a day for 4 weeks
  • Women Only Camps - Monday - Friday      5:30 AM / 9:30 AM, 6:30 PM (M,T,Th)
  • Men Only Camp - Mon, Tue, and Thur at 7:45 p.m.
  • Youth Only Camp - Ages 8 - 16 -Mon, Tue, and Thur at 6:30 p.m.
  • Dynamic instruction from a Certified Fitness Trainer
  • Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
