What is Naples Fitness Boot Camp anyway?

Naples Fitness Boot Camp is an Indoor/outdoor fitness program that engages the body into a total body workout.  It is lead by top notch trainers and includes nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you results in the fastest, safest way possible regardless of your current fitness level.

What if I'm out of shape?

We have a no client left behind act.  We encourage you to give your very best effort to perform all exercises with correct form and safely then we will encourage you to get better each time.  So whether you have five to fifty pounds of fat to lose, or just those last 20 pounds, I Boot Camp Fitness

What if I can't attend everyday?

We understand that initially you may let thing get in the way outside of major commitments.  But some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can't make it five days a week, at least make it your goal to attend a minimum of three days a week. We've seen even clients who have attended three days per week make significant achievements toward there goals.

Do you work with children?

Right now there is a major epidemic of our children become overweight and/or obese.  Absolutely I work with children from 13 and up.  My only requirement outside the standard release is that the parent do not allow them to quit once they start the program. 

What if my schedule don't allow me the time to come?

Professionally speaking…after working with tons of clients over the years we have found that "I don't have the time" really means "I'd like to procrastinate a little longer." Lets keep it real because you would make time if you really wanted to change your life and the fact of the matter is by you just reading this far tells me that your ready to make a change.

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (min 5 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at local stores or any other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

What about diet?

We offer a free phone consultation to find out more about what your goals are and we will help you decide on the right diet to help you achieve that goal.

What can I expect to achieve?

You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you'll drop   3-5% reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, better relaxation, 5-15 pounds of weight loss, 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection, 25% improvement in endurance, 25% increase in strength, and 100% gain in self-confidence.The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and "bloat" and increase confidence.

How often can I attend?

The boot camps run five days week with times and days varying you choose how many days you want to attend per week.

Can I pay per workout or just when I come?

No. You need and want to exercise consistently, right? We've found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your boot camp. In fact most boot camps pay a monthly recurring to save as well.  The best motivator is knowing that you're going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout! .

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer sore.

Is there a refund policy?

As far as fitness why do you need an excuse upfront to give up on yourself. Stay focused on achieving your goals and we will help you get there.  So the answer is no on refunds.

What is a typical day like at boot camp fitness?

Exciting, Challenging and Fun! However, each workout is intentionally different to continually challenge the body  causing muscle confusion forcing it to improve and alleviate boredom giving you maximum results in minimum time.  We incorporate everything to include what the lay of the land offer us to use as our equipment for the days workout.  So as you can tell it is very difficult to describe a "typical day."  It will always be an adventure!

Will I see results quickly?

Your performance improvement can take place in as little as one week. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on you putting in maximum effort every workout. It's common for our campers to see 1-2 dresses size reductions or men going down 2 pant sizes within the first 30 days.

Does the camp ever end?

Naples Fitness Boot Camp is a 4 week fitness program. So we start an new session about every 5 weeks check our calendar for the next upcoming camp session.  Fitness is a lifestyle so make it apart of yours. You're welcome to join for a little as one month or stay on board for the long haul like 85% of our members.
