Dear Friend,

Why are you here?  Are you looking to change your health?  Let me tell you a story of a young lady.  To protect her privacy her name shall be Sally.

Sally lives locally in Naples, Florida and as so many other people, she was tired of looking in the mirror and feeling disgusted with what she saw.  In High School Sally was a Cheerleader. She was voted most likely to succeed in her class & she participated in her community. She always looks out for others, which was proven when stood up for her best friend who was falsely accused of starting the food fight in the cafeteria. 

Sally went to Florida State University and studied communications.  During here time at school, she pledged to a sorority and went to every party. She was determined to achieve her goals & despite living on noodles and beans she enjoyed her college life. The experience was her defining moment of "Freedom."  Oh how those years flew by for Sally as she walked across the stage to receive her diploma Bachelor of Arts in Communications.  Sally's parents are so proud of what she's accomplished. 

Now Sally has a great job as a Marketing Director for a major corporation.  Her schedule starts at 4:30 am with a cup of coffee and a bagel as she quickly showers & rushes to the office to finish a project that she's been working on for weeks! Her boss is breathing down her neck to complete it as the client will be arriving in two days expecting a finished project.  Sally has been so busy in her career that she hasn't had much time for a family life. Getting married & starting a family is a high desire on her list and she's now 34 & feels that the clock is ticking.  But there is no time to think of that as she answers her cell phone and on the on the other end is her sister telling her that her mom has just been diagnosed with high blood pressure and Type II diabetes.  Sally's mom has been obese ever since Sally's dad died 10 years prior and her mom suffered from severe depression. 

Sally takes a look at her own life and discovered that when she looks in the mirror she sees her mother.  Sally is nearly 100 pounds overweight and already has been diagnosed with a high cholesterol level of 194.  Her doctor told her on many occasions to lose weight and get in shape.  Sally had tried every pill, fitness program, and even did the HCG shots… lost 50 pounds but gained that back and 50 pounds more!!! 

Sally decides that NOW is the time to take back her life! She garnered up the determination that she had in college & used to meet her work goals to invest in health & fitness goals.  She knows that she can't do it alone so she and two other friends joins a boot camp and together they will hold each other accountable until they reach their goals.  She did all the nutrition & supplement recommendations & stayed the course even when she wanted to quit because of the challenge.

Well guess what? Just like Sally’s commitment had to be big & bold…her payoff has also been Big & Bold! It's been 16 weeks and nearly 4 boot camps later and Sally has not only lost over 50 pounds but she has enrolled her mother, who is by the way 58 years old and they are both on track to leading a healthier life.

Our 4-Week, Reverse, Retrain and Rebuild Transformation Challenge is designed to get you back into an intense workout regimen.

What is Naples Fitness Boot Camp anyway?

Naples Fitness Boot Camp is a outdoor fitness program that engages the body into a total body workout.  It is lead by top notch trainers and includes nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you results in the fastest, safest way possible regardless of your current fitness level.

What if I'm out of shape?

We have a no client left behind act.  We encourage you to give your very best effort to perform all exercises with correct form and safely then we will encourage you to get better each time.  So whether you have five to fifty pounds of fat to lose, or just those last 20 pounds, I Boot Camp Fitness

What if I can't attend everyday?

We understand that initially you may let thing get in the way outside of major commitments.  But some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can't make it five days a week, at least make it your goal to attend a minimum of three days a week. We've seen even clients who have attended three days per week make significant achievements toward there goals.

Do you work with children?

Right now there is a major epidemic of our children become overweight and/or obese.  Absolutely I work with children from 11 and up.  My only requirement outside the standard release is that the parent do not allow them to quit once they start the program. 

What if my schedule don't allow me the time to come?

Professionally speaking…after working with tons of clients over the years we have found that "I don't have the time" really means "I'd like to procrastinate a little longer." Lets keep it real because you would make time if you really wanted to change your life and the fact of the matter is by you just reading this far tells me that your ready to make a change.

What do I need to bring?

An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (min 5 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase mats and weights at local stores or any other sports equipment stores. There are several businesses that offer special incentives for our campers. You will be given details for participating businesses prior to the start of camp.

What about diet?

What can I expect to achieve?

You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. The boot camps run five days week with times and days varying you choose how many days you want to attend per week.

Will I be sore sometimes?

Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you'll find that you're no longer sore.

Is there a refund policy?

No. Why do you need an excuse upfront to give up on yourself. Stay focused on achieving your goals and we will help you get there.

What is a typical day like at boot camp fitness?

Exciting, Challenging and Fun! However, each workout is intentionally different to continually challenge the body  causing muscle confusion forcing it to improve and alleviate boredom giving you maximum results in minimum time.  We incorporate everything to include what the lay of the land offer us to use as our equipment for the days workout.  So as you can tell it is very difficult to describe a "typical day."  It will always be an adventure!

Will I see results quickly?

Your performance improvement can take place in as little as one week. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on you putting in maximum effort every workout. It's common for our campers to see 1-2 dresses size reductions or men going down 2 pant sizes within the first 30 days.

Does the camp ever end?

Naples Fitness Boot Camp is a 4 week fitness program. So we start an new session about every 5 weeks check our calendar for the next upcoming camp session.  Fitness is a lifestyle so make it apart of yours. You're welcome to join for a little as one month or stay on board for the long haul like 85% of our members.
