I can't attend everyday?
We
understand that
initially you may let thing
get in the way outside of
major
commitments. But some
exercise is better than no
exercise. So if
you can't make it five days a

attend a minimum of three days

if my schedule don't allow

do I need to bring?

exercise mat, one set

participating businesses prior
to the start of camp.

can I expect to achieve?
